Includes everything in Tier 1, plus:
Moderate to heavy buttercream detailing (meaning multiple piping styles and decorative textures)
Custom themed designs
Up to 6 coordinating colors
Edible image toppers
Wafer butterflies, ribbons, decorative swags, florals, pearls, sprinkles, and similar embellishments
More detailed layouts requiring additional decorating time

Reserved for highly detailed centerpiece cakes that require extensive decorating time, specialty techniques, and intricate artistic work.
